Mail your impressions If you wish to mail an impression, complete the fillable Emtech Order Form by clicking the link below, then print and mail it with your impressions. If you need a shipping label contact us at (800) 336-5719, we can email or fax one to you the same day.
Email your scanned impressions If you have digital scanned impressions, please complete the fillable Emtech Order Form by clicking the link below, then email it with your digital scanned impressions as attachments to orders@emtech-labs.com.
Upload your Otoscan files to Otocloud If you have the Otometrics Otoscan system, we can retrieve your scan files from the Otocloud. Complete and attach the Emtech order form in your Otocloud software or complete the fillable Emtech Order Form by clicking the link below and email it to us at orders@emtech-labs.com with the Package ID in the subject line.
